Laser Hallway

This is definitely one of their most requested birthday traditions. We use party streamers to create a laser maze that they carefully weave through. This year, they asked for the hardest one ever. Needless to say, no one made it through unzapped by a laser or seven. The cat was the closest but then she used her tail to slash about five rows down at once. Their second favorite part of this activity is to run through it to destroy it. The last part is when they build one for each other to get through.

While I love how much they giggle and roll, I really love the strength, concentration, and creativity that they show off during this activity.

No rails to string them through? No problem!

Tape the streamers to the wall, string them between furniture, or wind them from kitchen cabinet to kitchen drawer and back.
